All our jewelry is guaranteed for 4 weeks. If in these four weeks your jewelry breaks, loses stones or the clasp does not work properly you are entitled to replacement of your jewellery.

In no case will you get your money back you will get replacement of your jewellery. We also assume that you are careful with your jewellery and that you only contact us if it is not due to your own fault.

Please contact us within 4 weeks if your jewellery is broken so we can assess whether you are entitled to a replacement.

You must send the jewelry to us at all times before receiving your replacement.

At LivLux we understand that maybe you changed your mind about a product, therefor we have a 14 days return policy.

Delivery

After you are finished with your payment we understand you are so excited to receive your new jewellery. Therefor we will do our best to ship them the same day. Keep in mind it can take up to 2-3 workdays to receive them. For countries outside The Netherands and Belgium this can take up to 5-12 bussines days.
