Order & Return Policy

Orders:

We can imagine that you are so excited after your purchase that we will try our very best to ship your order asap. Orders made for NL-Be will be deliverd in 2-3 workdays. Other countries this will be 4-5 workdays. We unfertunely do not have any control of the shipping company. After shipping your order you will receive a email with Track&Trace code. 

Returns:

We understand that you may want to return something that you have ordered with us. In this case please reach out to us in email: info@my-livlux.com or reach out by whatsapp: +31(0)635310516 Within 14 workdays after your purgase.

The products must be in the following condition:

• Not used  (Offcourse you can try them out for a minute)
• With the original product code label on the item
• If delivered in a closed off package this needs to be still sealed

You will receive back the original price for the items you purchased. We will process your refund within 3 working days but please note your credit card company can take 4-7 working days to process..

We are in no way responsible if the returning products get lost in any single way.
